Sales & Customer Service

Job description

o Greeting customers who visit the shop
o Cleaning inside and outside of the shop.
o Be involved in stock control and management
o Assistant shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
o Answering queries from customers
o Giving information of our products to customers
o Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
o Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
o Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
o Keeping clean and check our product follow set schedule
o Good service customer providing
o Work hard, Friendly and flexible.
o Meeting each other for report about daily working and problem
o Making good communication with team work, travel agency, customers and DFS teams.
o Check stock of Cookies sale and Cookies taste
o Learning and practice each other if don’t have much customers. ( personal development)
o Making purchase order to Ms. Sina for order to Cobo
o Answer the phone with polite word.
o Count stock the end of the month
o Summary report of customer & general to manager or supervisor
o Getting some feedback from customer
o Other tasks assign by superior.

job requirements

o English , Japanese or Chinese Speaking
o PC skill (Excel, Word, Email)
o Having a friendly and engaging personality.
o Should have a confident manner
o Must be helpful and polite
o Able to work as part of a sales team
o Should be of a smart appearance and articulate

working condition

o Full time job
Working time:
–Rotation shift
–6days/week
